For demo flow, customers can open a support ticket with the order number and return reason so the team can review it.
Imported products may need local delivery checks depending on the destination country and product type.

This is a demo marketplace build. Payment, courier, and legal policies should be replaced before real production launch.
After checkout, customers can submit payment references from Account Orders. Admin can approve or reject them.
